fix: 修复方法用订单实际金额替换零售价，先删旧记录再重写

- 优先使用 paidAmount（实付），其次 totalAmount（订单金额）作为商品价格基准
- 按商品数量比例均摊单价
- 先删除已有商品记录再重写，支持重复调用修复
